We deeply regret that, during our operations on that day, order guidance and queue management were not handled smoothly, which caused you inconvenience and confusion. In particular, we are truly sorry that clear information regarding order availability and waiting time was not properly communicated. Despite your patience and long wait, we failed to meet your expectations, and this is entirely our responsibility.
We are taking this incident as an opportunity to thoroughly review our overall operations.
