PUBLIC ADVISORY
We would like to address and clarify misinformation currently circulating on social media regarding the closure of an establishment in Bacolor, Pampanga, due to violations of the FDA Act and Consumer Act.
We wish to categorically state that Arbee’s Food Corporation is not the establishment involved in the reported incident and has no connection whatsoever to the business being referred to in the circulating posts/news report.
Arbee’s Food Corporation is located in Brgy. Lara, City of San Fernando, Pampanga, and the company does not have any other facilities aside from the foregoing. The company also possesses a valid Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Permit and continue to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
The safety, quality, and integrity of the products we offer remain our highest priorities.
We respectfully urge the public to verify information from reliable and credible sources before sharing it on social media. The spread of inaccurate or unverified information can cause unnecessary confusion, may unfairly affect businesses and individuals who are not involved in the matter, and may render the perpetrator of malicious posts or comments liable to the crime of Cyberlibel and other applicable laws.
