A roasted chicken should be moist, tender, and have a little crunch on skin. I got difficulty getting them out of the roasting pan because some parts are falling off, indicating that it is tender.

Hiya folks. I'm open (except Monday and Tuesday) and I don't want to do this but I need to increase our prices due to inflation and gas hike. Here's the updated price and the classic menu of Mambo's:

Ukrainian mashed potato
Made from real potatoes and prepared the natural way
No need for gravy, it's already tasty =)
250 pesos for party pan
60 per 500ml tub (no more minimum orders)
Note: notify me 1 day before your intended date of order so that I can make sure all the ingredients are fresh

Lemon herb roasted chicken
Chicken is chilled, not frozen to ensure freshness and when cooked it won't shrink. With onion stuffing inside.
430 per chicken (drippings included, just bring a small jar for now)
Note: notify me 3 days before the intended date of order to ensure all the ingredients are fresh and the size of the chicken varies from time to time.

I can cater 4 chickens for now, 2 before lunch and 2 before dinner.

Mode of delivery: pick up in my home (I'll send the details). I don't have a delivery vehicle for now. If you're commuting and for your own convenience, please bring your own bag for now. Pick up time is 10:30am for morning orders.

You can now pay in advance using GCash! I'll give you my GCash info when you'll pay for your order.

Hi folks! I didn't realize that Mambo's hit it's one year last Sunday. So happy anniversary to Mambo's. Thank you for all the people who supported Mambo's and enjoyed it's food. Sorry if I haven't been active for a long time. I had work, been busy, and now I'm a volunteer to a mayoral candidate here in our city and we're moving out to a new home soon. Maybe after elections I'll open Mambo's again to serve you good food. I miss those smiles you make through good food. See you soon!

Thank you for the reviews, criticisms, and insights about our product and how to improve it. 2021 was kinda difficult for us. Soaring prices and everything but we will be back in 2022. Hello, friends. Got updates for you regarding Mambo's.

1. I want to help in preventing the spread of covid-19, so now you can pay your order through Gcash. You have to message this page to know my Gcash number and pay in advance so you'll have nothing to worry about paying during pick up.

2. Coleslaw will be on hold as of now. Cabbage's price went so high. But it will be back when the price go down.

3. The Lemon Herb Chicken will have a 2 to 3 day advanced order due to difficulty of getting the herbs needed.

4. New flavors to look forward! I explored the possibility of having additional flavors for the chicken and it wasn't in vain. I'll introduce it later and you can now choose from 3 flavors. But still, I can only cook 4 chickens a day for now. When I find an additional oven shelf for my oven, I'll let you know immediately so that you can order more.
