The proposed Civic Complex focuses on the Relocation, and Master Plan of Municipal Hall in San Fernando, Camarines Sur, through Good Governance Architecture. This research aims to enhance civic engagements and provide public service efficiency reflecting good governance and transparency through architectural design. The complex will serve as an all-in-one central hub for the people and the government.
