📰 PLAREB Cares Conducts Community Medical Mission in Parañaque

The Parañaque–Las Piñas–Alabang Real Estate Board, Inc. (PLAREB) conducted its PLAREB Cares Community Medical Mission today, October 3, 2026, at the Ina Executive Homes Covered Court in Barangay San Antonio, Parañaque City.

Residents of Sta. Cecilia and Fatima Streets received free medical consultations, basic health services, and medicines. The event also offered free wellness massage and free real estate consultation for residents with property-related questions. This activity forms part of PLAREB’s 51st anniversary month and the celebration of Real Estate Month in Parañaque City.

PLAREB thanks the Board of Trustees and PLAREB members who joined us, along with the volunteer doctors, nurses, medical staff, and community volunteers. We are grateful to San Antonio de Padua Parish for its coordination and cooperation; to our partners and sponsors CCF Bacoor, The Chang Spa, and RiteMED; and to all our generous donors for their support.

📰 PLAREB to Hold Community Medical Mission Tomorrow in Barangay San Antonio

As part of its 51st anniversary month, the Parañaque–Las Piñas–Alabang Real Estate Board, Inc. (PLAREB) will conduct the PLAREB Cares Community Medical Mission on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN at the Ina Executive Homes Covered Court, San Antonio Valley 1, Barangay San Antonio, Parañaque City.

The activity aims to serve 100 residents of Sta. Cecilia and Fatima Streets through free medical consultations and basic health services. A Health Talk will be held from 9:00 to 9:45 AM, and free real estate consultation will also be available.

Organized in coordination with San Antonio de Padua Parish, the medical mission reflects PLAREB’s commitment to serving the communities of Parañaque. We look forward to welcoming everyone tomorrow! 💚💛

💚💛 PLAREB ANNUAL GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING & ELECTION 2026

PLAREB successfully held its Annual General Membership Meeting and Election on September 24, 2026.

The program opened with presentations from our event sponsors, SDCC Realty Corporation and Security Bank, who shared their services and business opportunities with PLAREB members. We sincerely thank them for their valuable support and partnership. 🤝💚💛

The program continued with a Professional Perspective session featuring PP Elizabeth A. Zepeda, who discussed the BIR One-Time Tax Abatement Program for Micro Taxpayers, providing timely and relevant information to our members.

PLAREB President Robi Casanova then presented the 2026 Annual Report, highlighting the organization’s activities, accomplishments, programs, partnerships, and significant milestones throughout the year.

🎂 We also celebrated our October Birthday Celebrants! Happy birthday to our fellow PLAREBIANS! Wishing everyone good health, happiness, and continued success. 🎉

The gathering culminated in the election of the 2027 PLAREB Board of Trustees, facilitated by the PLAREB COMELEC Committee, headed by Chair PP Gwen Suria, together with PP Edwin Allanigue and PP Rosalinda Tabios. We thank the committee for their time and service in overseeing an orderly and transparent election process.
