FAIR BA ITO? We paid our Ormeco bills last July 15. Nalate lang kami ng 4 days and we were shock they penalized us as a late payment amounting to 1,039.70. Our question is that is this really the policy? We noticed that in the bill there is a notation that "please pay this bill on or before Expiry otherwise we will discontinue serving your electric needs". We don't see any note stating the late payment or penalty. !!
