Behind the scenes: Our nitro matcha r&d is officially underway. 🧪🍵

We’ve been testing formulations, textures, and pour techniques to get this right before we bring it to you. This is just one of several drinks currently in development. As part of our growth, some of these, including this one, will not yet be offered at our current pop-up setup, and will instead debut once Filo’s permanent home is complete.

There is a lot in the works right now, and while we can’t reveal everything just yet, we wanted to give you a glimpse into the process. Thank you for growing with us and for being part of this journey from the very beginning.
