Rolando is my father, my number one fan whether it be cooking or baking among other things. My parents are both my inspiration for doing this. Too bad my Tatay's not here anymore with us to see all of this happening. That's why I'm naming this store after him and dedicating this to him as well 2nd to the Lord who gave this talent. Where ever you may be Tatay, I hope I'm making you proud.
