Did you know that our Sisig undergone three cooking processes? 😊⏳

Here:
After the thorough cleaning of raw meat,
It goes to a 20 to 30 mins BOILING 🍖 after draining, it goes to FRYER until evenly cooked and crisp enough. Chopping then that took us 48 years 😁. Then after all the spices were mixed in 🌰🧂🌶️ it goes to oven to be BAKED for few more minutes until you can smell that signature savory aroma 💕

Every thing is perfected by time and much efforts to improve. We will keep on improving for you, for the people believing that we can. 💖
