Most women over 40's didnt know that they are starting a Pre-menopausal stage, other starts at 35 pa nga and they didnt even notice it! Hindi kasi tayo aware,hindi kasi tinuro sa school or discussed by your OB or Gyne, even our parents .But this is a very important stage of our lives too specially to women. We searched and talked about marriage, pregnancy,parenthood but nobody talk about "Menopausal"kasi nakakahiya? Kasi takot ma feel na "Ageing is real!" Ladies,in this generation being alive and healthy at 40 is a privilege!Kaya we should be proud if we reached this peak! Yung iba hindi na umaabot sa pag tanda!Kaya dont be afraid to tell your husband and children about it, let them learn and understand, wag mo tiisin at sarilinin lahat! If you love your family, Love and take of yourself first, self care isn't selfish,its essential! You can't pour from an empty cup,you need to fill yourself first.🤍☕️
