Yesterday, Paola Huyong and Chef Rely Tan dropped by .bgc, BGC for an R&D session to prepare for Sunday takeover.

This time, together with ice cold horchata drinks, we curated a special menu inspired by Latin American flavors like freshly made arepas, and dishes made for slow Sundays and good company.
