Subject: Cut-Off Orders and Operational Schedule for Holy Week

Dear Franchisees,

This is to inform you of the operational adjustments in observance of the upcoming Holy Week. Please take note of the following key dates:

Suspension of Operations

In observance of Holy Week, there will be no operations from:

April 17, 2025 - Holy Thursday (regular holiday)
April 18, 2025 - Good Friday (regular holiday)
April 19, 2025 - Black Saturday (Special Non-working holiday)

We kindly ask all franchisees to prepare accordingly and ensure that your operations are aligned with this schedule.

Cut-Off Dates for Orders
• Luzon Region: The cut-off date for orders will be April 10, 2025.
• VisMin Region: The cut-off date for orders will be April 5, 2025.

Please make sure that all orders are processed and submitted before these deadlines to avoid any disruptions in service.

Resumption of Operations
Normal operations will resume on April 21, 2025.

Good day!

We are pleased to announce that on March 18, 2025, we will be celebrating the 1st Anniversary of A&P Franchising Company!

In line with this special occasion, we would like to formally inform you that March 18, 2025, will be a non-working day for all employees. This will allow our team to fully prepare for the celebration and enjoy the moment, as they will be participating in special presentations during the event.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the one-day suspension of operations in Customer Service, Ordering Department, Warehouse, and Administration. However, please be assured that we will resume normal operations on March 19, 2025.
