CARAMILK LATTERIA (creamery) makes ice cream and white cheese from Carabao or Buffala milk using artisan and traditional ingredients. CARAMILK Ice Cream is made from special traditional ingredients such as Carabao Milk using choice ingredients from different regions in the Philippines to produce delicious heritage recipes like Avocado and Ube. It also produces popular and gourmet flavors such as Pink Salt Caramel, Belgian Dark, Choco Maltesers, Nutella Swirl and Vanilla Kit Kat. It is produced from Carabao Milk similar to Mozzarella and Paneer. It can be used as a complementary ingredient with salads, pastas, and breads. When heated, it melts to a gummy consistency similar to mozzarella without losing volume. No rennet or meat is added in the process. Carabao milk is healthier and tastier: it is creamier but with less cholesterol than cow's milk and it contains more calcium.
