The order that taught me a big lesson 🥺🙏
This spread—crispy chicken lollipop, savory pancit canton, buttered veggies, and sweet ripe bananas—was meant to arrive as early dinner at 6:30 PM. I was rushing to book Lalamove past 6 PM and made a silly mistake: I didn’t double-check the address and pinned the wrong drop-off point 😔
The food traveled far off course, and I felt so stressed and embarrassed when the rider called to tell me. My heart sank knowing my valued customer was waiting… it finally reached them past 9 PM, way too late, and I can only imagine how hungry they were.
This is only the second time this has happened, the first was 2-3 years ago. I was so hard on myself, but this is a gentle reminder to slow down and be extra careful. Lesson learned: always, always verify details before confirming anything. Praying there will never be a 3rd time, I promise 🙏
