Lesson Learned: We will now require payment first (upon order online) before preparing your orders, regardless if personal pick up or via same day delivery riders.

Despite being a small time business, we wishes to provide our customers all possible convenient ways to transact and pay, however if this will put us at risk in getting bogus (unpaid) orders, we will be compelled to protect our business interest.

Last night, someone ordered 3 regular budbud for immediate pick up. Despite of our several follow up messages that the order was already available for pick up, customer failed to respond.

Actually, this is our first day that we promoted and boost our page in facebook to help us generate sales and it is disheartening to experience this.

PLEASE STOP DOING THIS.

FYI, ample time was given to customer to respond but as of 01:54am, still no response.
