Our very first Chick ’N Taters pop-up turned out to be more than we ever imagined. From the moment we opened, the support, the conversations, and the genuine excitement from people trying our food for the first time made every long night and risk worth it.

This wasn’t just about selling food. It was about taking our first real step as a brand, trusting the process, and proving to ourselves that jumping in was the right decision. Seeing customers come back for seconds, share feedback, and encourage us along the way was incredibly meaningful.

We walked away tired, grateful, and more motivated than ever. This experience confirmed that starting Chick ’N Taters was worth the leap, and that this is only the beginning of our story.
