Ezekiel’s Sweet Tooth Story

Last year, 10 October 2020, I decided to bake a cake for my son’s monthsary in heaven. I don’t have any tools for baking but I have the desire to serve good food for his special day.

A month after all the trial and error, I have developed the best recipe (as per my husband and patrons) for my moist cake, custard cream and also found the best local brand of couverture chocolate to use as my ganache.

On 12 November 2020, I started to sell my own Brigadeiro Cake to family and friends. I wanted to share good food, to honor his short but amazing life and to have an extra income during this pandemic.

Now, after a year, I am ready to offer this product to more people as everyone deserves a slice of heaven. 🤍
