How do you decide who gets to eat the marrow?

Here's a tip: If you don't feel like sharing, challenge your companion to a game of Rock Paper Scissors. Whoever wins gets to eat all of the marrow. Just be ready to lose, though, in which case you'll still have the rest of the Osso Buco to enjoy. Not such a bad thing, if you ask us. 😁

Each 1kg tub of our Osso Buco is prepared with utmost love and care. We make sure that every order has a good portion of meat, marrow, carrots, and sauce, then we sprinkle lemon zest and chopped parsley on top to add some zing and freshness.

and you guys should definitely try out their 𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐨 𝐛𝐮𝐜𝐨!!! first impression: it smells like spaghetti sauce and can be comparable to mechado, but this one's a fancier version, and can even be tastier 😋

they sear the beef first before dipping into the slow cooker, making the beef really tender, soft, and delicate. sobrang sarap especially the bone marrow! the savory juices of the tomato red wine sauce squirting out of the beef shanks in every bite! bursting and oozing with rich flavors! true to its claim: fall off the bone tender! 🤤🤤🤤🤤

you can really taste everything-- the herbs and spices, the tomato red wine sauce which is really evident and gives the whole dish a robust and delicious taste!

seriously, you'll get more than what you'll pay for! the tub is good for 2-3 pax but L almost finished it! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TO TRY THEIR OSSO BUCO 👌🏻💯 we can really tell that they put in a lot of love and make their osso buco nice and slow to give us the best one in town! 😋🤎

Ossu Buco 🍷

Braised shanks in a hearty wine and vegetable based sauce. It is typically devoured over polenta or with risotto by Italians. In my case, I didn’t feel like making both so I had it with rice but I’d definitely try it over mashed potatoes garnished with gremolata next time. This was phenomenal! 😋
