FOOD TASTING NOTICE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS ❤️
Dear Valued Customer,
We truly understand that you would like to taste and make sure that the food we will serve is delicious and meets your expectations before confirming your booking. We completely understand your concern, and we appreciate you wanting to ensure the quality of your event’s food.
However, please understand that we do not offer free food tasting prior to booking confirmation. We would like to share a few reasons for this policy:
Ingredients – Food tasting still requires us to purchase ingredients, and most ingredients are sold in full packs or quantities rather than in small portions. Even for a small tasting portion, we still need to purchase the necessary ingredients for the menu.
Manpower – Our chefs and kitchen helpers need to prepare and cook the food, which also involves additional labor costs.
Other Expenses – LPG, transportation, packaging, and other materials used for food preparation also come with costs.
For these reasons, food tasting is not actually free for us, as we also incur expenses in preparing it.
TO BE CLEAR:
❤️ FREE FOOD TASTING will be provided once your booking has been confirmed.
If you would like to have a food tasting before confirming your booking, you may request one at a corresponding tasting fee. The food tasting fee will be deducted from your total balance once your booking is confirmed.
We hope for your kind understanding regarding this policy. Our goal is to provide you with quality food and excellent service while also ensuring that our team and resources are properly covered.
