My girlfriend Kai Ursua sent me your Beef Bone Nilaga for Valentine's Day. Beef nilaga is amongst my favorite dishes.

Your version was interesting since it was quite sweet. This appealed to the Pinoy in me.

Moreover, it wasn't salty. Most restaurants tend to fail the dish for me in this regard. Galit ata sila sa asin?
