Manding Suman Latik - Malingap

Manding Suman Latik - Malingap Glutinous rice with sweetened coconut sauce. Suman Latik is "suman sa lihia" in its generic form. Suman Latik's origin is from Western Samar province.

It is known in different dialects and comes in all shapes and sizes depending on the province or region. It's triangular in shape, topped with a thick latik sauce; hence, the name Suman Latik.
