He studied various flavors and spices, such as those of the burgers of New York–home of the best burgers in the United States. He deconstructed meals, rediscovered taste. He sought out the ones that would work best together.

Steady and determined, The Burger Boss found his iconic favorites:

Gorgonzola cheese that blends perfectly with your beef or chicken. Blue cheese that does not overpower, but rather enhances flavor;

U.S. spuds perfectly fried, achieving the crispiness of your favorite fries;

Homemade buns baked from a neighboring specialty store, always fresh and, like everything else the chef was using, definitely no preservatives;

Chicken wings lathered in handpicked flavors, each one a unique must-try experience;

And most notably, Certified Angus Beef (CAB) patties spiced and mixed accordingly to the kitchen secrets of the Burger Boss. Finally armed with the know-how of the ultimate handcrafted, chargrilled burger, he knew it had to be shared. What started as a craving, paved the way for a passion beyond really good burgers. A new twist to your classic dessert in a cocktail using USA
Canned Blueberries

White Chocolate Liqueur:

50g. White Chocolate (Couverture)
70g. Dairy Whipping Cream
60ml Plain Vodka
50g. USA Blueberry Filling, pureed
30ml Sparkling Water (optional)
Lime
Lady Finger cookie, crushed

1. In a stainless bowl over a water bath, combine chocolate and whipping cream. Warm to melt.

2. Add vodka to the melted ganache.

3. Wet the lip of the glass with lime and dip it in the crushed ladyfinger.

4. Pour blueberry filling in a glass; you can spread some on the sides of the glass. Add a few cubes of ice, fill it with the chocolate mixture and fill it with sparkling water.

5. Serve with a ladyfinger to garnish.
