Course 1
Gyoza in Bacon Broth - Gyoza cooked with crispy lattice served with warm bacon broth paired with
Golden Sunshine Hazy Pale.
Course 2
Karaage with Yuzu-Kosho Mayo - Chicken marinated in ponzu, garlic, and ginger served with fermented lime mayo paired with Old School Pale Ale.
Course 3
Salpicao with Yaki Onigiri - Seared beef tenderloin with shimeji mushrooms and garlic. Served with lightly seasoned and fried Japanese rice ball paired with Cascadia IPA (Now BACK ON TAP!)
Course 4
Gua Bao - Humba style Pork Belly slab, pickled mustasa, lao gan ma mayo in steamed bao paired with Pinkolada Milkshake IPA.
Set course all for 1,400php.
Seats are limited, experience starts at 7pm! DM for reservations.
