We are currently seeking a CSR Trainer to join our team. This role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs that equip Customer Service Representatives with the necessary skills, knowledge, and behaviors to deliver exceptional customer support. Key responsibilities include onboarding new hires, upskilling existing staff, and ensuring consistent service quality that aligns with company standards.
Qualifications for this position include:
- College graduate/undergraduate or equivalent experience (preferred)
- 2–5 years of customer service experience; training or coaching experience is preferred
- Experience in call center, BPO, or customer support environments is a plus
