SISIG TOFU
Try this and you will love it! Sooo easy and simple -
INGREDIENTS:
3 square of tofu, cut in cubes
Cornstarch Mixture:
1c. Corstarch
Half tsp of grounded pepper
Pinch of salt
Mix cut cubes to cornstarch mixture. Proceed to procedure 1.
PROCEDURE1: FRIED TOFU
Heat oil in a deep pan, Fry tofu in hot oil until golden.
Drain and set aside.
PROCEDURE2: Preparation of sisigsauce mixture
INGREDIENTS:
5 med onion, chopped
10 bird’s eye chili, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
4 tbsp. mayonnaise
1tbsp ground pepper
Mix all together, then add your FRIED TOFU.
PROCEDURE3: Combination of procedure 1, 2
PROCEDURE4: Sizzling Time
Heat a pan with a glaze of oil. Place and cook for 5 minutes, Stir thoroughly until thickened.
Serve. Garnish with calamansi and more chili.
