Banana Cake

Loaded with fresh banana flavor and slathered in a rich chocolate chips, this homemade super moist, fluffy, soft, and tasty cake is a dessert everyone will love. This mouthwateringly, irresistible dessert is perfect for any occasion and it’s the best way to use up those overripe bananas so they never go to waste and makes a great dessert recipe on-the-go. You can add tangy-sweet raisins, and toasted walnuts to make banana nut bread. You can even created banana muffins from this recipe.

Carrot Cake, A Bite of Happiness 😋

This is hands down the best carrot cake, healthier compared to other cakes, very easy and simple recipe, made from scratch, wonderfully soft, moist and is absolutely delicious ! You will like this carrot cake, the ingredient list is simple, and i bet you already have most of what you need to make this recipe in your kitchen. Use a hand grater when preparing the carrots since it creates delicate shreds that melt into the cake batter. It’s better to use brown sugar since it has the necessary acid to react with the baking soda. Carrot cake is truly one of my favorite ! it perfectly balances sweet and savory, features a melt-in-your-mouth tender crumb, and uses a rich cream cheese frosting to cut through the sweetness.

Pandesal Bread

Pandesal is the most popular bread roll in the Philippines, made from a simple yeast dough, and is known for its pillowy, soft interior, slightly crusty exterior, and signature dusting of fine breadcrumbs. The name “pandesal” is derived from the Spanish words “pan” (bread) and “sal” (salt), meaning “bread of salt,” but the Filipino's version is on the sweet side. For variety, sometimes bread buns are baked with different flavors, such as ube, chocolate, coffee, pandan, moringa and red velvet. Pandesal is the ultimate Filipino breakfast staple and best enjoyed hot, freshly toasted, and dipped directly into your favorite black coffee or tea for a cozy, comforting morning.

Nothing beats the aroma and taste of freshly home-baked pandesal bread!
