Aji Burger is always about food safety and quality assurance. Join us as we level up in food safety in The Office for Food Safety and Quality Assurance (OFSQA)'s two-part webinar series titled, “To Clean-finity and Beyond!”

"To Clean-finity and Beyond" is a two-part webinar series and the culminating activity of the weeklong celebration of Food Safety. Day 1 (October 26) in partnership with DOST - Food Safety Division and Day 2 (October 27) with renowned Food Safety advocate Mr. Angel “Jun” Barnes. The webinar aims to equip the participants with necessary knowledge and skills for improved food safety awareness, good food hygiene resulting in high food safety confidence, increased profitability, and zero food complaints.

Certificates will be issued by DOST and FSQA to all who will complete the webinar.

...and that's a wrap!

It was a tough yet fulfilling 5 weeks for Aji Burger. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the following people who contributed to the success of Aji Burger.

To Ma'am Kate, thank you for the opportunity and facilitating. To Kuya Mark, Kuya Emz, and Ayrelle (+ Nadine & Selda!), thank you for helping us with Aji Burger operations, from the frying to the order-taking (and keeping up with our mishaps), to ensure that it would go smoothly. To Kuya Charlie, thank you for always supplying us with the ingredients needed for the day. To Kuya Francisco, thank you for making sure that our booth is safe and sound. And most of all, thank you to all our dear customers, new and regulars, for always buying from us. We may not remember your names (sorry we have short-term memory 🥲) but we appreciate each and every one of you.
