But Bakepertise has always been the foundation.

This isn’t the end.

Hi everyone, this is Louisse 🤍

With a grateful yet heavy heart, our last day of operations will be February 28.

First, I want to thank God for carrying us through every season of this journey. To my family and friends who supported me behind the scenes, to our hardworking staff who showed up with heart every single day, and to our loyal customers who chose us again and again — thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I’m deeply grateful for every community formed within our walls, every friendship that started over coffee, and every milestone you celebrated with us. Cafe Louisse became more than just a space — it became a home for so many beautiful moments.

This isn’t really a goodbye. It’s simply a new chapter waiting to unfold. For now, we need to pause, rest, and go back to our core — baking.

Back to our first love. Back to Bakepertise. 🤍

Sometimes closing a chapter feels painful, but it can also open doors you never imagined. I’m choosing to believe that the best is still ahead.

We were honored to host a bridal shower filled with laughter, creativity, and sweet moments. Instead of the usual games, the girls (and boys hehe) enjoyed a chunky bag making workshop with — creating their own handmade pieces while celebrating the bride-to-be. 🧵👜
