One of my Christmas wishes for Chef Nicho last holiday was for him to make our Inasal Bánh Mì again and I’m so happy na kasama sya sa lineup this month!

We also have Beef Pares now, which I honestly didn’t expect cos literally January 1 lang sya nasimulan i-experiment (dahil hindi nag-work yung initial plan namin) exciting dahil lahat ata ng street sa atin ay may paresan and now pati sa meron na rin at overloaded pa! Hahaha

Sa niche 𝓅𝒶𝓃𝒶𝒹𝑒𝓇𝓎𝒶 naman, may Pan De Kaya pa at ang bagong tinapay naman ay ang Pão de Queijo na may kesong puti at dark choco sauce dip, inspired ‘tong buong dish sa 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘁𝗲 ng Batangas.

Inspired by all the brunch in Singapore, kopitiams in Malacca and makan-makan in Kuala Lumpur (except with our Beef Tapa ofcourse hehe) ´ސު｀

② Soy Salted Egg Tagliatelle

So much joy and adrenaline FELT from our last kitchen takeover that we ended up creating new dishes. We really love cooking (& spending loooooong hours in the kitchen) and sharing our food to everyone, so thank you thank you ❤️‍🔥

〰️ last April, we had a unique experience watching bollywood films (we say this wholeheartedly not because we’re overreacting but because it is true and it’s amazing how we can sometimes sing in Hindi and Telugu now and how Nicho improved his dancing skills jk HAHA) and therefore, we wanted you to have a unique experience as well when tasting this dish.
