📌 With a minimum of 3 years solid professional kitchen experience
📌 Proficient in Western, European, and International cuisines
📌 Skilled in both hot and cold kitchen preparation
📌 Experience in à la carte service and/or buffet setups
📌 Background in casual, semi-fine, fine dining, or hotel kitchens preferred
📌 College degree in Culinary Arts or related field is an advantage but not required
