Meet Chef Dawn, the heart behind our kitchen. With years of experience from local chains and five-star hotels abroad, she still treats every dish as a work in progress, always open to feedback and new ideas.

Even in our small kitchen, she makes sure every meal that leaves the counter is clean, flavorful, and made with care. Her Bloody Mary pasta — creamy, umami, and a little spicy, says it all.

Her dedication has been a big part of Café Moccatto’s early growth, always ready to help and improve.
