Happiest Birthday to the very first teammate we've ever had since we started Niji Takoyaki in Krus na Ligas! 🎉

We had a lot of firsts with Josh! From the moment she joined us— we realized it is not just a duo tandem between the owners, she became our third teammate during those early days.

Thank you for always holding down the fort whenever we're away, and helping us keep Niji going.
