Job Description:
• Prepare and serve quality coffee and beverages
• Deliver friendly and excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness and proper café standards
• Handle POS and daily café operations

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• At least 2 years' experience in Food & Beverage Industry
• Strong Negotiation Skills
• must understand coffee origins, processing methods, roast profiles, and basic brewing equipment.
Job Descriptions:
• Research and target potential B2B clients including specialty coffee shops, hotel chains, etc.
• Organize and lead coffee tasting sessions for prospective clients to showcase the flavor profiles, roasting quality, and consistency of the beans.
• Analyze a client's specific business needs and recommend the right blends or single-origin beans.
