KOFFEE KAT LOYALTY IS GOING DIGITAL!
We’re transitioning from Physical Loyalty Cards to Digital Loyalty Cards for a more convenient way to collect and redeem your rewards.
PHYSICAL LOYALTY CARDS
Please take note:
⚠️ Effective October 1, 2026, physical loyalty cards will NO LONGER be valid.
• There will be NO transfer of stamps from physical cards to digital cards.
• You may continue using your existing physical cards until September 30, 2026.
• A completed card with 10 stamps = 1 FREE DRINK.
• If you have multiple completed loyalty cards, you may redeem a maximum of 2 FREE DRINKS per day.
• Please make sure to redeem all your completed physical loyalty card rewards before the September 30 deadline.
WANT TO SWITCH TO DIGITAL EARLIER?
You don’t have to wait until October!
If you would like to start using your Digital Loyalty Card earlier, simply download it in-store with the assistance of our staff.
You may choose to forfeit your existing physical loyalty card and switch to the digital system immediately. Please note that stamps from your physical card cannot be transferred to your digital card.

Our Digital Loyalty Card is also valid for deliveries ordered through Facebook Messenger or Instagram!
So whether you’re enjoying Koffee Kat in-store or having your favorites delivered straight to your door, you can keep collecting your stamps.
📱 HOW THE DIGITAL LOYALTY CARD WORKS
Collect 10 digital stamps
Get 1 FREE DRINK
Once 10 stamps are completed, the card can only be reset after the free drink has been redeemed.
After redemption, you can start collecting stamps again!
Same 10 stamps. Same free drink. Now with more convenience.
