Minoyan Murcia Terra Madre 2025 Coffee Coalition Hike!

Today, we came together to honor Mother Nature by participating in the Coffee Coalition Hike and planting Libera coffee seedlings. 🌱

One thought that really stayed with me was from Sir Teddy Canete:
“It’s not just about planting coffee at high altitudes it’s about embracing biodiversity and nurturing a thriving ecosystem."

A heartfelt thank you to Sir Teddy Canete and Slow Food Negros for leading the way, and to all the farmers, roasters, cafe owners, baristas, and students. This experience was truly about connection both with people and with nature.
