Last year, we focused on "Bridging the Gap: From Producer to Consumer" — highlighting the importance of connecting the people and sectors that make up our coffee industry.

This year, we take the next step.

Brewing Progress Together

Now that the conversations have started and the connections have been made, the challenge becomes how we move forward as one industry. Farmers, coffee shops, roasters, buyers, government agencies, and consumers all have a role to play in creating meaningful and lasting progress.

"Brewing Progress Together" reflects the belief that the future of Philippine coffee is not built by any one sector alone, but through collaboration, shared knowledge, and collective action.

As we prepare for the Negros Occidental Coffee Fiesta 2026, our team is currently finalizing the event layout, exhibitor spaces, sponsorship opportunities, and program details to create an even better experience for everyone involved.

We are now opening our initial list of interested exhibitors, partners, coffee businesses, and organizations who would like to be part of this year's celebration.

Bittersweet day at the cafe today as we say a temporary “see you later” to our amazing Senior Barista, Aiza Joy! ☕👋

Today is her last shift before she begins maternity leave to welcome baby number two! 💕
