We make custom celebration and wedding cakes, cupcakes, and other baked goodies. For bookings, kindly send us a Direct Message and include the following information:

• Name
• Contact Number
• Date/Time/Venue of the event (or Date/Time if for pick up at our cake studio)
• Type of Occasion
• Celebrant's Name
• Theme and/or Color Palette for the cake
• Photos for references (ie. Once received, our P

age Admin will get back to you in 1-2 hours. We only make a limited number of cakes per day. It is best to book your orders ahead of time, at least 2-3 weeks notice. Although, last-minute orders may sometimes be accepted, depending on our availability.

Seeing a board full of orders like this always gives me a little boost. 🥹❤️

Nakakapagod tingnan, yes 😅 sunod-sunod na cakes, different sizes, designs, cupcakes, advance bookings… pero at the same time, nakakatuwa at nakaka-encourage.

It reminds me na every order written on that board represents someone who trusted my hands, my creativity, and my small baking business. 🎂✨

May mga araw talagang mapapagod ka, mapapatanong ka kung kaya mo pa… but then you look at moments like this and realize:

“Oo nga pala… ang layo na rin ng narating ko.” ❤️

Hindi naman palaging puno ang order board. Business has its quiet days and busy days. But this reminds me to keep showing up, keep improving, keep creating, and most importantly, keep trusting God’s timing. 🙏🏼

📌 CORNSTARCH SA FONDANT: SAFE BA?

May nakita akong tanong kung ligtas bang gumamit ng cornstarch sa paggawa o paghawak ng fondant.

Ang sagot ay oo, kung food-grade cornstarch ang ginagamit. Hindi ito nakakalason o delikado. Sa katunayan, ang cornstarch ay isa ring food ingredient na ginagamit sa iba't ibang pagkain at dessert.

Sa cake decorating, karaniwan itong ginagamit bilang:
✔ Pang-dust para hindi dumikit ang fondant sa mesa o molds.
✔ Minsan ay ginagamit din sa ilang recipes upang makatulong sa consistency, depende sa formulation.

Gayunpaman, tandaan na ang cornstarch at powdered sugar ay may magkaibang trabaho sa recipe. Ang powdered sugar ay nagbibigay ng tamis at body, habang ang cornstarch ay halos starch lamang. Kaya kung papalitan ang powdered sugar ng cornstarch, maaaring mag-iba ang texture at lasa ng fondant. Maganda man ang resulta sa isang recipe, hindi ibig sabihin na pareho ang magiging resulta sa lahat.

Ang pinakamahalaga ay:
✅ Food-grade ang lahat ng ingredients.
✅ Subok ang recipe.
✅ Naiintindihan kung bakit ginagamit ang bawat sangkap.

Sa baking, maraming paraan para makuha ang gustong resulta. Ang mahalaga ay alam natin ang gamit ng bawat ingredient at hindi tayo agad matakot sa isang sangkap dahil lamang sa maling akala.
