- Standard lead time for food orders is 3 days. Place your orders by sending message to our page. Please NO calls and texts. Orders thru texts or calls will not be entertained.
- 50% down payment is required to confirm your order.
- Payments can be made thru bank transfer (BDO, BPI) and Gcash.

Food Handling and Storage:
- All food is prepared as close as possible to your pick-up time to ensure freshness. Please consume within 2-3 hours.
- If food will be eaten later, refrigerate immediately and reheat before serving. Cream and coconut based dishes such as Pot Roastbeef, Salted Egg Prawns, Swedish Meatballs, Kare-kare, Red Chicken Curry, Truffle Cream, Sausage Penne and Creamy Pesto spoil faster at room temperature.
- Tres Leches is a wet cake and should be served chilled or frozen.
- Avoid leaving food inside a hot car or under direct sunlight for a long period.
- Food not picked up within your declared time may lose its freshness or spoil especially for cream based dishes. We will not be held liable for spoilage or quality issues caused by late pick-up or improper handling after release.
- Please double check your orders before leaving.
