We believe that true barbecue is not about rushing the process, but about taking the time to allow the smoke to pe*****te the meat and impart its unique flavor. The word "smok'd" is obviously a reference to the smoking process, while the phrase "and a half" suggests that we go above and beyond in terms of the time and care we put into our food.
