"Why so many grinders?"
We would argue that your coffee grinder is perhaps the third most important component of your manual brewing setup, next to the coffee and the water.

Without getting too technical about it...

This is how we would prefer to put it. If the coffee brewer were a cameraman, then the coffee is the subject, the water the lighting and the space, the coffee grinder the camera. We'll admit that we don't know much about cameras and all that as much as we do our coffee, but we hope that you get the point that we are trying to make. Each one has their own strengths and weakness, their own specifications and specializations.

We'd rather not get too into it in this post (we'll probably have to do an overview of each one in future entries), but the gist of it is: if you are making a purchase, then it must match your preferences and circumstances.

So! That's why we have a bunch of them - both for optimizing the manual brews that we serve, as well as to help you with your buying decisions. There was no one around to ask which ones to get when we were building our setup... and we'd rather not have you experience that!
