Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
1. Earning Stamps
Validity: Customers earn one (1) stamp for every purchase of any 16 oz or 22 oz beverage (Hot Coffee, Ice Coffee, Milk Tea and Fruit Tea).
One Stamp Per Drink: Stamps are awarded per cup, not per transaction. If a customer buys three drinks, they receive three stamps.
Full Price Only: Stamps are only applicable to items purchased at regular menu prices. They cannot be combined with other ongoing promos, discounts (e.g., Senior Citizen/PWD), or vouchers.
2. Redeeming Rewards
5th Stamp : Upon reaching the 5th stamp, the customer is entitled to one (1) free 16oz (limited for 39 pesos of choice only)) of their choice on their next drink purchase.
10th Stamp : Upon completing all 10 stamps, the customer can redeem one (1) Free 22oz of any drinks (limited for 49 pesos of choice only) and Hot Coffee.
Claiming: The card must be presented at the time of purchase to receive a stamp or redeem a reward. Rewards cannot be claimed at a later date without the card.
3. Card Management
Non-Transferable: Stamps are specific to the cardholder and cannot be combined with stamps from another card to reach a reward faster.
Loss/Damage: Kofee Manila is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Lost stamps cannot be carried over to a new card.
Card Collection: Once the 10th reward is redeemed, the card will be surrendered to the barista, and a new card will be issued to the customer.
4. Location & Duration
Redemption Site: This card is valid only at Kofee Manila - Santolan, Pasig.
Right to Modify: The management reserves the right to amend the terms of the loyalty program or discontinue the promo with prior notice to customers.
