Love coffee and great service? But First, Coffee – Mabini, Pasig is looking for passionate Baristas to join our team!
If you are energetic, customer-focused, and ready to kickstart a great journey with us, we want to hear from you.
📋 Qualifications:
Experience: At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a Barista, Food & Beverage Crew, or in a customer service–related role.
Skills: Knowledgeable in branch operations (customer service, cash handling, inventory management, sales reporting, and food safety standards).
Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer concerns and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Availability & Location: Can work full-time onsite, willing to work shifting schedules (including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed).
Preferably residing in Mabini, Pasig or nearby areas.
