AQUALITE's Guidelines:
• To block the date, guest will give 30% downpayment 1 week before the event.
• Remaining balance should be paid ON THE DAY of the event in CASH.
• In case of event cancellation, payments made shall be forfieted.
• Aqualite Mobile Bar will be at the venue three (2) hours before the service time to set-up and prepare.
• Client must provide duty meals to the crew
• All consumed/unconsumed items after the event remain as property of AQUALITE Mobile Bar
• In excess of the bar service package of 4 hours, client shall be charged for only P1,500/hour.
• ALCOHOL CONTENT IN COCKTAILS CAN BE LESSEN UPON REQUEST.
• EVENT HOSTS CAN ORDER MOBILE BARTENDERS TO HOLD/ STOP SERVING DRINKS TO GUESTS.
• We reserve the right to refuse to serve alcohol to underage guests, intoxicated guests, and the like. Furthermore, we are not liable for any injuries/damages may occur during and/or after the event caused by guests to other guests / properties or to himself. DRINK WISELY, SOCIABLY AND RESPONSIBLY! :)
