Food Showcase❕⭐️:
Our booth offers various kinds of snacks, beverages and Ice-based desserts that most students would most likely enjoy in a hot summer day!
Here are the descriptions of our snacks and it's ingredients:
1.We're still deciding on this specific product!
2.) Fries w/ Cheese Flavoring : A deep-fried potatoes that have been cut into thin strips and flavored with various types of Flavorings like Cheese, BBQ, Sour cream and even salt. But we have decided to season our product with Cheese flavoring as it is the most popular and liked flavors by most students.
3.) Kwek-Kwek : It is made out of quail eggs coated in a seasoned orange batter and then deep-fried until crispy or golden perfection. We will also be serving this with the usual spicy vinegar.
Moving on with our Beverages which we will be serving in a small-large size of cups :
1.) Gulaman w/sago : It is one of the most common and well-liked beverage in the Philippines. It is made out of brown sugar syrup or powdered mix drink often served with little chewy pearls or sago.
Lastly, our final set of products; Ice-based desserts :
1.) Mangga con yelo : A sweet and Cold dessert made with Ripe yellow mangoes, Shaved Ice, Evaporated milk and sugar. We also have Saba or Sweet Plantain in English term as our second option for our con yelo, it basically has the same ingredients as the mangga con yelo but instead of mango, we will be using Saba.
2.) Thick Milo w/ tapioca pearls: A thick mixture of Milo and condensed milk with shaved ice and tapioca pearls made out of strach and brown sugar.
