nd on March 19, 2012, we will be open at Eastwood Citywalk 2, Libis, Quezon City. The aim of this company is to provide delicious and healthy meals at affordable prices. The owners, an Ilocano and a Kapampangan, are both particular with the taste and quality of the food they serve. They personally do the marketing to pick and choose only the best and fresh ingredients of their cuisine. Aloha hopes to satisfy people who want to eat this type of cooking at home; yet do not have the time to cook. Development and Status

The company began operating in 1999 at Riverbanks in Marikina City. It has also served the workers and employees of Dairy Zest Corporation, factory of Del Monte Catsup and Spaghetti Sauce in Pasig City from 2002 to 2007. Some of Aloha’s customers, whose dining experience was reinforced by friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service, have usually requested the restaurant for some catering services for their events, schools, or companies. Aloha Grill is offering a menu of food and beverages with a unique image. There are three ways to purchase these products; table service at the restaurant, take-out from the restaurant, and catering services. The Menu

The Aloha menu is a moderate sized and moderate-low priced offering a collection of native Filipino dishes, which are healthy (with natural ingredients), flavorful, and familiar. Our goal is to create the image of satisfying and still nutritious food at a low price. Production

Food production and assembly takes place in the kitchen of the restaurant. Only fresh vegetables, meat and dairy products are used to make most of the dishes. Aloha exercises strict standards of sanitation, quality production, and presentation. Aloha continues to develop and improve its services for the benefit and satisfaction of its customers. Aside from doing their own personal research for the best and most delicious meals, the owners also attend trainings and seminars to improve their services. In fact, recently one of the owners, Baby Cafirma, has just finished a training course for Food and Beverages from Pasig City Institute of Science and Technology and also received a certificate from TESDA for the same training.
