She received her training at the Professional Culinary Institute (now known as the International Culinary Center) in Campbell, California. Chef Mia is aServeSafe certified and is a bona fide member of the American Culinary Federation. Our service is not just limited to an all-you-can-eat restaurant operations. It also includes an extensive buffet service on certain days of the week. In addition to this, we also do functions, themed events, meetings, seminars, private dining services and off-premise caterings as well. Food deliveries are also done within the Ortigas Center.
