To top it off, apart from the basic baking essentials, 90% of the ingredients used are made from scratch - not store-bought, which means there are no unnecessary chemicals and preservatives added. (all the ingredients that we use are wheat/gluten-free. we take extra care for them not to be in contact with wheat or other source of gluten. however, since our flours and other baking essentials are store-bought, we can not guarantee how the manufacturer actually handled the items. we shall not be held responsible if our products trigger gluten-related health concerns such as celiac disease, and other known sickness.)
