Dear Patrons and New Friends,

Sautéo was never meant to be a typical restaurant. From the beginning, it was built to be intentional, measured, and never rushed.

This is why we operate strictly by reservation through a waitlist, which typically spans 1–2 months. It is not about exclusivity. It is about allowing each guest the time, precision, and experience they deserve. Dates and times are not guaranteed, and access is only given once it is your turn.

We also only produce a limited amount of food and drinks per day, as everything is handcrafted from scratch, fresh, and prepared in real time. This is part of what allows us to maintain quality and consistency in every service.

Recently, I have been meeting more guests at the door hoping to dine without a reservation. While I genuinely appreciate the effort and support, we do not accommodate walk-ins, and these requests will be declined. Accepting walk-ins would be unfair to the guests who have patiently respected the waitlist and are waiting for their turn.

The system we have built is what allows us to maintain the standard we hold ourselves to. It exists to protect the experience without compromise.

More than anything, I ask for respect for the space, for the process, and for the people behind it. This is something we uphold with intention, and we expect the same in return.

Thank you for understanding and for being part of what we are building.

March 30, 2026 was the first company bonding for the business I started three years ago. For the longest time, this was the only kind of break I knew, because everything was about surviving and working every day relentlessly. I have cried many times and went through moments of feeling really low.

That day, we went bowling, shared a feast at Cibo, and talked about life in Dunkin. It made everything even more meaningful for me because 15 years ago, I used to work in Eastwood City. I would go around the area as part of my job, quietly dreaming of building my own company and thinking about how I would take care of my team.

Now I look at where we are, from just the three of us, me and my two brothers, to me and Mitch, and now a growing team. I feel nothing but gratitude. I gave my time, money, and health to build this, and it has not been easy.

We treat our team with quality and respect. We give them time to rest, and we take care of each other. Work harder, play harder. I promised myself that if I ever built something of my own, I would build it with a good culture, and I will continue to stand by that promise.

Thank you Lord. 🥹

March 29 was our last service before our break, and for once we sat down as a team to enjoy what we have been creating every day, a moment that meant a lot to me as we pause from March 30 to April 7 and return on April 8 ready again.

March 29 was our last service before we paused for a while.

That night meant a lot to me. For once, we all sat down and experienced what we have been serving every day. No rush, no pressure just the team enjoying the same food we put so much time and care into.

This is really what Sautéo is to me.

We will be on a short break from March 30 to April 7.
We will be back on April 8, ready again.

Sautéo has officially moved to our new home in Pasig.

From Cainta, to San Juan, to our Pasig house lanai, and now to this newest space, our journey has always been guided by one simple principle: quality first.

We have now officially concluded our Test Kitchen phase, which was shared through special invitation with family, friends, and longtime patrons. This chapter allowed us to refine our menu, our flow, and our service in our new space.

We are now entering our soft opening phase as we begin welcoming guests into our new home. Our team continues to grow, and we are happy to have Miguel and Sopia with us as we step into this next chapter.

We have started reaching out to our waitlisted guests to personally invite them to our soft opening.

If you would like to dine in, please send us a message and let us know your intent to be added to our waitlist. For pick up orders, we are now accepting and releasing orders.

We are open Wednesday to Sunday, 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Thank you for your patience and continued support as we open our doors slowly and with care.
