Who says wedding cakes have to be traditional?

We had the joy of baking Kristel and Jep’s wedding cookie cake last year held in Intramuros, Manila. They envisioned a minimalist design with floral accents and, of course, a two-tiered all-chocolate chip cookie cake. 🍪
