Soy Garlic Tofu ♥️

Ingredients:

* 200 g silken tofu
* 2 tbsp Yamasa Soy Sauce
* 2 tbsp Datu Puti Ilocos Black Vinegar
* 1 tsp muscovado sugar
* 1 tbsp sesame oil
* 3 cloves garlic, minced
* Spring onions, chopped
* Fresh cilantro, chopped

Procedure:

1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil, and muscovado sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Add the minced garlic, chopped spring onions, and cilantro. Mix well.
3. Pour the sauce over the silken tofu.
4. Steam for 15–20 minutes, then serve warm with freshly steamed rice.
