2025, what a year.
We closed a branch we loved.
Pulled together a pop-up at Juanito’s in just a few days. Had rental plans that didn’t push through.
Adjusted. Reworked. Pivoted.
From long days to late nights, unfamiliar setups to last-minute changes, our team kept things moving. Because of them, closing doors didn’t feel like giving up. It just felt like moving forward.
There were a lot of good moments too. Our first event pop-up. Our nights that turned into a little community. Year 2 of and the steady growth of our fans.
To the Babaghanoosh teams in Kapitolyo and Poblacion, thank you for the effort, the patience, and the heart you bring every day. This place works because of the people behind it.
To our Babaghanooshters, thank you for choosing to gather around the table, sharing good conversations and your favorite kebabs.
